Foreign Students
Students from overseas who wish to study
in Canada will require a student visa for the duration of their
stay.
If you live in Belgium, Switzerland
or France, you must mail or fax your visa application to
the Canadian Embassy in Paris.

You will need to indicate that you wish to study at a flight school
in Quebec. Upon request, the Embassy’s Immigration Service will send
you a student visa application form. You will need to complete the
form and submit it with supporting documents, including the
following:
•Letter
of acceptance from the school (issued once your application to the
school has been processed)
•Two
photos
•A
valid passport
•Proof
of sufficient funds to cover tuition and living expenses for the
duration of your training program
For full details about visa requirements, contact your nearest
Canadian Embassy. |

Administrative fees are approximately
$200, and you should allow approximately four weeks for the
processing of your visa.
If you live elsewhere,
contact the nearest Canadian Embassy. The steps involved in
obtaining your visa will be essentially the same. You may need to
pass a medical examination conducted by a Transport Canada-approved
medical examiner, and supporting documents may also be required.
